What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can own ambiguous operational and strategic problems, build structured processes, use data to guide decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

I've led People Operations and workflow management at Euonia, overseeing daily allocation cycles, recruitment, operational analytics, SOPs, and executive-ready KPI reporting.

Across Sustera, Ever Lasting Fabric, and Soft Pro India, I've turned market research, dashboards, hiring coordination, and process reviews into clearer decisions and smoother execution.
