I’m a dedicated Provider Relations professional with hands-on experience coordinating provider and medical-office workflows. I bring a strong sense of dedication, motivation, and responsibility, and I enjoy helping teams grow by using the skills I’ve built through prior roles.

In my current role at Ballast Medical Management, I support provider relations and contribute to operational reporting. I create reports (Excel, pivot tables) on request, work with billing codes (ICD-10, CPT), and use a strong understanding of medical terminology and requirements tied to financial performance status and medical office contract support.

I’ve also supported quality and data-driven healthcare processes as an HEDIS Specialist, and I’ve worked directly with EMR systems while providing customer-focused communication. Earlier customer service and call-center experience—handling high inbound volume, scheduling reservations, and verifying insurance eligibility—strengthened my ability to stay organized and solve problems quickly.

Beyond healthcare, I’ve applied structured admin and financial skills in roles like administration & finance assistant and sales support, including file preparation, tax-related work (TurboTax), and bank statement submission (QuickBooks & Excel). I’m authorized to work in the US and I speak both English and Spanish, which helps me communicate clearly with diverse teams and customers.
