I’m a Strategic Brand Training & Development Manager with over 18 years of experience across the automotive and retail sectors, building structured training frameworks and aligning brand strategy with dealership operations. I focus on turning product knowledge into measurable sales results through clear enablement and performance coaching.
In my current role, I’ve designed and implemented a brand training strategy across a dealership network, developed onboarding programs for sales and call center teams, and created product knowledge certification programs. I establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness and sales impact, while partnering with marketing and sales to standardize the customer journey experience.
