In my most recent role, I worked as a Customer Care Representative & Sales, handling customer service and sales activities. I also supported operations through typing and Cold Calling to contribute to results.

Previously, I worked at Kantar Ibope Media in mapping and marketing-focused collection work. I performed data collection for marketing research, supported customer services, and handled archive duties to keep information organized and reliable.

I also bring operational experience as a Logistic Operator at Logistica 911, with a strong emphasis on logistics, control, and security. Earlier, I supported condo management as an assistant through document organization and customer service—always with the same willingness to comply with functions, obligations, and labor standards set by the organization.
