I’m looking for a fast-paced, high-volume operations role where I can lead teams, redesign workflows, and drive measurable efficiency using KPIs—while keeping partner relationships strong and compliance solid.

I’m an operations leader with 10+ years directing high-volume intake, onboarding, and administrative workflows for organizations managing thousands of cases and referrals annually.
