I'm looking for a customer-facing sales, client relations, or operations role where I can build client relationships, manage bookings and service coordination, and contribute through outbound outreach, accurate administration, and independent remote work.

I've supported Dubai tourism sales at Alnujoom Alzahabiah Tourism, engaging Indonesian customers and B2B travel partners for city tours and UAE visa services. I manage outreach, lead follow-up, quotations, itineraries, visa documentation, bookings, payments, and service coordination.

Previously, I served international customers at Travelex Emirates Exchange in a high-volume airport environment and delivered service to 100+ customers daily at Starbucks Indonesia. I bring consultative selling, accurate transaction handling, service recovery, and independent remote-work capability to customer-facing operations.
