I'm seeking a remote opportunity based in Indonesia, while remaining open to on-site roles and international relocation. I want to contribute my travel operations, ticketing, and customer service experience while continuing my long-term professional growth.

I've supported travelers at Lion Air, Voltras Travel, Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia, HIS Tours & Travel, and Promoland, managing flight reservations, ticketing, itinerary changes, refunds, and customer inquiries.
