I’m an entry-level IT Support Engineer with 1 year 6 months of hands-on ICT support experience, combining technical troubleshooting, network administration, and exposure to cybersecurity analyst practices. I deliver client-facing support aligned with SLA agreements and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.

In my current role as an ICT intern at Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF), I administer Azure Entra ID and Active Directory—managing user accounts, role assignments, and secure access controls. I also support Microsoft Azure and Office 365, implement endpoint and email security policies (Mimecast, SPF/DKIM), and investigate suspicious communications.

I strengthen resilience and operational continuity through backup and recovery solutions, secure patch management, and incident/problem/service request handling using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus aligned with ITIL. I document technical processes for compliance and knowledge sharing, conduct end-user training and security awareness, and collaborate with SOC teams while providing remote support via RDP and remote tools.
