What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support clients in Microsoft 365 security and operations—configuring Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Sentinel—while delivering reliable onsite/remote IT help, clear user training, and fast troubleshooting.

I’m a Computer Engineer with 8 years’ experience supporting onsite and remote clients, troubleshooting hardware and software, and keeping critical systems running. I’ve worked as first-line support through ticketed helpdesk requests and onsite installations with multiple outsource clients.

From 2017–2022, I handled installation and configuration of hardware and peripherals, including printers, scanners, terminal clients, IP phones, and biometric/card readers. I also reset passwords, unlocked accounts, created user accounts and mailboxes, managed access, and supported backup checks using Evault and Cibecs.

In 2022–2025, I expanded into Microsoft 365 and security operations for multiple clients via remote work. I supported Microsoft Entra ID and Intune configurations, configured Microsoft CIS policies and recommendations, and helped mitigate threats using Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, Copilot for Security, and Purview.

I’m also hands-on with Microsoft Sentinel, including Kusto Query Language (KQL) queries, connecting logs, creating detections, investigating incidents, and performing threat hunting. I bring a fast-learning, adaptable approach, strong hardware fundamentals, and a customer-focused mindset grounded in clear training (including SACS) and dependable delivery.
