I’m an experienced IT Support Engineer with several years of hands-on experience supporting users and businesses in MSP environments. I currently work at Babble, having joined TechQuarters in 2022, where I’ve supported customers across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, VPNs, virtual machines and general hardware and software issues.
I’ve resolved thousands of support tickets and regularly handle both day-to-day support and more complex technical problems. I also look for ways to reduce repeat issues, such as creating an Intune deployment to automatically install the correct printer drivers for users affected by a recurring problem.
I’m Microsoft certified in areas including Microsoft 365, Azure and security fundamentals, and I’m always looking to build my knowledge further. I enjoy troubleshooting, improving processes, helping customers understand technical issues, and supporting other engineers when needed.
Outside of work, I enjoy technology, gaming, creative projects, hiking and cycling.
