I am looking for a growth-oriented role in business development, partnerships, or relationship management within fintech, banking, or financial services, where I can drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business expansion in a collaborative and innovative environment.

I am a Business Development, Partnerships, and Commercial Growth professional with over 6 years of experience across fintech, financial services, SME lending, FMCG, and corporate relationship management. Throughout my career, I have focused on driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and leading high-performing commercial teams.

I have experience working with organizations such as KasaPay, AA Kenya, 4G Capital, and Standard Chartered, where I managed B2B partnerships, SME financing portfolios, corporate onboarding, and sales growth initiatives. My experience includes prospecting and onboarding SME and institutional clients, building commercial pipelines, engaging C-level stakeholders, and supporting financing and payment solutions for businesses.

One of my strongest areas is relationship management and commercial growth. I have successfully managed and supported teams across multiple regions, led sales and collections operations, improved portfolio performance, increased customer acquisition, and strengthened client retention. I also have experience in CRM management, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

I am currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management at Africa Nazarene University, which is strengthening my strategic management, leadership, and commercial planning skills.

Beyond my professional background, I am highly interested in fintech innovation, SME growth, digital finance, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across emerging markets, particularly in Africa and the Middle East.
