I’m looking to lead Agile delivery for complex banking/fintech platforms—owning scope, stakeholders, and operational execution, while coaching teams to remove blockers, track metrics, and deliver measurable outcomes with strong technical depth.

I’m a Systems Engineer turned Project Manager with 20+ years of experience leading complex digital products and high-performing teams, especially in Banking and Fintech. I bring a hands-on understanding of transaction environments and back-office development, while staying focused on delivering outcomes that actually cross the finish line.

At Globant, I lead client engagement as a Project Manager, managing end-to-end project execution with strong financial oversight.
