At IT Patagonia, I manage technology initiatives for Banco Macro’s integration of Banco Itaú Argentina, coordinating technical, functional, and business teams to support program objectives and operational continuity.

I led the legacy systems consolidation project, assessing and managing 250+ applications and centralizing historical data into a unified model for operational, legal, and regulatory needs. I also led Car One Argentina’s digital transformation and e-commerce redesign through go-live, with end-to-end delivery traceability in Jira.

At Casa de Moneda Argentina S.E., I led the PMO and oversaw a portfolio of 20+ IT projects. I oversaw the SAP S/4HANA implementation, led its change management strategy, and designed the PMO methodology and tools.
