Directed 5 client accounts in parallel, leading a combined team of 13 and owning contract, budget, and resource negotiation for each engagement. Retained a critical account through a team-continuity crisis, more than doubling support throughput and raising average tickets resolved per engineer from 3–4 to 8 per week.

Spearheaded 4 projects across PwC and The Tour Guy accounts in parallel, totaling 14 team members. Served as Scrum Master, consistently delivering 95% of sprint-committed PBIs with low carryover, and turned around the team after inheriting negative client feedback, shifting client feedback to excellent within 6 months.

Orchestrated an Automation team of 3 TAEs on a tax adjustments project managed end-to-end in Azure DevOps under Scrum. Owned the project and team roadmap, including capacity and velocity estimation, PBI creation and refinement, and daily task tracking.

Drove the testing strategy for a 13-person Testing team, introducing testing methodologies into SAP projects with limited prior maturity. Planned and led the Tosca implementation, training the Testing team and designing the adoption strategy.

Oversaw QC for 4 SAP PODs (MM, SD, HR/PY, FI) within the i4G team, Globant's Mergers & Acquisitions area. Implemented testing tools (X-Ray), quality methodologies, and processes, and trained team members new to QC practices.

Led QA for a digital marketing engagement with Ford/Lincoln across the US and Canada, running daily English-language meetings with the client and the Buenos Aires team on an AEM-based platform. Managed projects in Jira and Trello, estimating, reviewing, and monitoring each release pre-, during, and post-go-live.

QA for an e-commerce agency working on Magento and VTEX implementations; test planning in Klaros, tracking in Redmine.
