I’m looking for a role where I can lead cross-functional teams end-to-end, combine Agile delivery with product thinking, and drive measurable outcomes through process optimization, clear KPIs/OKRs, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

I’m a results-driven IT Project Manager and Product Manager with 13+ years leading cross-functional and remote teams across fintech, Web3/blockchain, SaaS, banking, and social impact. I’ve delivered 50+ web and mobile applications, DeFi platforms, digital wallets, and SaaS products—combining Agile delivery with product discovery, UX, and process optimization.

I’m a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with an MBA and a strong technical background, and I’ve managed teams of up to 25 people and project budgets of $500K–$1M USD. Most recently, I lead end-to-end delivery across multiple product lines—such as an AI-driven contact/portfolio mobile app and a guided platform for legally compliant Wills and Trusts—while coordinating distributed Agile teams using Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
