At Hometeam Networks, I manage AI-integrated software product delivery for a remote engineering organization, coordinating engineers, designers, and QA specialists while reporting progress and KPIs to leadership. Previously at Drimo, I managed two concurrent software projects as both Project Manager and Product Owner, turning business needs into prioritized backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
