What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a zero-to-one team where I can own end-to-end Sales, BD, and Growth, build systems from scratch, run experiments, and collaborate across product/UX and ops to create measurable outcomes.

I’m a Founder’s Office generalist who joined at founding stage and owned Sales, BD, Product, Design, and Ops end-to-end. I thrive in zero-to-one environments with no playbook, partnering directly with founders on GTM strategy, growth experiments, and cross-functional execution.

At Humara Pandit, I scaled MRR from ₹60K to ₹6L, building the full sales engine from scratch. I deployed CRM with a 5-stage pipeline, replaced manual sheet-based tracking, and built a 5,000+ lead pipeline through outbound, follow-ups, and qualification across target verticals.

I also led growth through both execution and enablement: I trained and coached a 6-member sales team on pitching, objection handling, and customer identification, and I developed sales playbooks, call scripts, and SOPs to reduce new-hire ramp-up time. I ran weekly reviews, tracked individual KPIs, and coached reps to drive consistent month-on-month revenue growth.

On the product and design side, I designed the complete UI/UX for an AI astrologer feature from scratch—10 screens covering the full user journey—implemented directly by the tech team. I’ve also built internals for the team (an order/fulfilment/revenue tracking tool) and produced performance creatives end-to-end, using experimentation across marketing and ops to keep momentum.
