What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer support or help-desk role where I can troubleshoot quickly, maintain SLAs, improve processes, and deliver retention-focused service—especially while supporting customers in an international environment.

I’ve built my career around customer service and client retention, with 5+ years handling troubleshooting, sales, and IT support through inbound and outbound calls to US-based customers, plus conference calls and email support. At ALLSEC TECHNOLOGIES, I was promoted for performance in sales and kept constant customer satisfaction rating above 94%. At HCL BPO (OFFICE DEPOT), I trained new recruits, improved support processes for faster resolutions, and maintained customer satisfaction rating above 90%.
