I’m a Customer Support & IT Service Desk Specialist with 4+ years of experience delivering high-quality support in fast-paced environments. I’m known for resolving technical issues efficiently, managing high volumes of tickets daily, and maintaining strong CSAT and SLA compliance.
Across my roles, I’ve supported global users remotely and handled everything from billing, access, and integration issues to user access troubleshooting. I work confidently in Windows and Outlook support scenarios, and I’m comfortable performing Active Directory tasks like password resets and account unlocks.
