Since May 2021, I’ve worked as a Senior Operations Executive (Acting Team Lead), managing backend operations for a high-volume loyalty program. I own data verification, MIS reporting, customer escalations, and process accuracy—coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and support smooth day-to-day operations using tools like Excel, JIRA, Zendesk, and CRM systems.
