What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting reliable, secure IT infrastructure through Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, monitoring, backup operations, incident resolution, and user lifecycle support.

I've supported enterprise IT environments at Sakon and Sakon-Global Sourcing Group, managing Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, endpoint support, and user onboarding and offboarding.

I resolve email, Outlook, mailbox, MFA, SharePoint, SFTP, hardware, and software issues while working within SLAs. I use ManageEngine for patching, software deployment, and asset management, and Zabbix to monitor system health, server memory, and alerts.

I've managed daily Veeam backup verification and restoration, Sophos Antivirus policies, DNS A-records through Rackspace and Cloudflare, and software licensing for tools including Smartsheet, Adobe, and Zoom.

Earlier, I provided customer and training support at Vinsys IT Services and Cognizant, installing Windows systems, configuring hardware and software, supporting printers and networks, and completing audits with zero non-compliance.
