What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting enterprise Microsoft 365, identity, Windows, and cloud environments while improving service quality through ITIL processes, SLA-driven operations, documentation, and collaboration with infrastructure and cloud teams.

I've supported enterprise Microsoft 365 and Windows environments at PineQ Labs for Cognizant, Infosys BPM, Rigel Networks, and Tata Consultancy Services. I manage Active Directory users and groups, user access, authentication, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and Azure AD issues while meeting SLA targets.

I've handled incident, problem, and change management through ITIL-aligned processes, including ServiceNow operations, compliance support, root cause analysis, and technical documentation. I also create SOPs and knowledge base articles that improve first-call resolution and service quality.
