What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or systems administration role where I can manage Microsoft 365, Windows, cloud, backup, monitoring, and end-user environments while improving service quality and operational processes.

I'm currently managing MSP workflows at IT By Design, covering ticket lifecycles, SLA adherence, escalations, change management, and end-user support.

I administer Windows Server and Microsoft 365 hybrid environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, Intune, Azure/Entra ID, patching, monitoring, migrations, and user management.

I've supported backup, virtualization, and security operations using Veeam, Datto, Acronis, StorageCraft, SonicWall, DUO, antivirus tools, VMware, Linux, and Windows servers.

My earlier work spans infrastructure monitoring and incident escalation at HCL Technologies, data analysis at Excel Callnet, enterprise server support at Hewlett Packard Global Soft, and customer technical support at Dell International Services.
