I’m looking for a sales/BD leadership role where I can own P&L, scale partnerships and markets, and drive operational excellence—especially in EV/energy or adjacent sectors. I’m open to relocating to Canada.

I’m a results-driven Sales and Business Development leader with 12+ years of experience building revenue engines, expanding markets, and strengthening operations across energy, EV, and financial services. I combine sales leadership with P&L ownership to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

In my current role as National Head – Sales, I lead national go-to-market execution for lithium-ion battery solutions across EV, solar, and industrial sectors. I expand OEM, dealer, and distributor networks, manage the full sales lifecycle, and lead government tender work—from bid documentation and negotiations to client presentations, demos, and proposals.

Previously, as Country Head at Shomi Li-Batt Pvt. Ltd. (LIKRAFT), I led nationwide business development and operations, establishing channel partnerships and OEM relationships while overseeing end-to-end sales operations and key account management. Earlier, as a Regional Manager at Neuron Energy, I delivered 5x revenue growth (₹20L → ₹1Cr), grew the B2B customer base from 10 to 168 clients, and increased ARPU by 30% through upselling and pricing strategies—supported by MIS and analytics for forecasting and performance tracking.

I also bring strong team leadership and cross-functional execution, having managed and trained sales teams (15–20 members), coordinated with operations/logistics/finance for smooth delivery, and optimized processes to improve pipeline efficiency and profitability. My focus is always on building scalable partner networks, strengthening execution, and delivering faster, smarter growth.
