A senior leader in strategic product management, I have 15+ years of experience turning ideas into business-transforming B2B software products through close engagement and iteration with customers. I am skilled at driving clarity and direction during periods of intense change, including hypergrowth, M&A, and reorgs.

Over my career, I’ve developed and refined zero-to-scale product management processes in companies from pre-revenue startups to large, publicly-traded enterprises. I have spearheaded customer discovery, market validation, design, development, and GTM of 20+ B2B software products in North America, Europe, and Asia. I love making technically complex products easily accessible and delightful for people who depend on them.

I have built and led high-performing product and cross-functional teams from 2 to 30 members, and together we have achieved aggressive delivery and growth targets. I blend visionary and coaching (Socratic) leadership styles to empower team members to do great work and achieve professional goals while delivering world-class technology products.

With dual Master’s degrees from Stanford in engineering and business, an undergraduate mathematics degree, and 5 years as a software engineer at the start of my career, I am a bridge between functional experts, and am equally comfortable engaging with senior executives, sales leaders, customers, and highly technical engineering teams.

￭ Led the team that designed and delivered a data-transport API that reduced integration overhead, increasing stickiness and driving millions in annual cost savings to our enterprise customers;
￭ Led the team that designed and delivered fine-grained API controls for strategic customers, unlocking nine-figure incremental ARR;
￭ Developed a software prototype for logistics-industry customers, enabling an eight-figure Series A funding round at an early-stage startup; and
