I’m a Customer Success and Account Management specialist with experience in both TravelTech and FinTech.

At Sutocno.ru, a TravelTech company, I worked as a Partner Manager, supporting landlords and partners, onboarding new users, explaining product functionality and workflows, resolving operational issues, and collecting customer feedback. I also worked with CRM data and communicated with customers through phone and written channels.

Previously, I worked as a Customer Support Specialist in FinTech, handling incoming customer requests related to payments, loan transactions, and account activity. This experience helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex processes clearly and work effectively in a high-volume environment.

I’m particularly interested in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Operations, and Onboarding roles in international technology companies. I enjoy working with digital products, helping customers solve problems, learning new tools quickly, and building strong customer relationships.

I’m looking for a remote international team where I can contribute my existing experience while continuing to develop professionally and strengthen my English. I’m especially interested in fast-growing technology companies and products that focus on customer experience.
