I’m looking for a role where I can scale customer success and operations—using customer feedback to drive product improvements, automate internal workflows, and maintain high service quality as my customer base grows.

I’m a Customer Success Manager who built the Customer Success function from scratch—creating workflows, customer documentation, and scalable processes to improve onboarding and customer experience.
