I seek roles where I can drive revenue and retention through data-driven monetization and close cross-functional partnerships, with growth and impact.

I am a Customer Success Manager with 8+ years of digital marketing, sales, and client development experience, focused on revenue expansion, retention, and long-term partnerships. I work at the intersection of product, monetization, and creator growth, using data-driven decisions and hands-on collaboration to scale revenue.

In my current role I manage a portfolio of content creators, support monetization launches, and increase recurring revenue through offer optimization and conversion improvements. I have identified early churn signals and implemented reactivation strategies, and have experience running and optimizing advertising campaigns on Yandex.Direct and Yandex.Business.

Previously, I built client bases from scratch, oversaw full sales cycles including after-sales support and logistics, and conducted meetings with executives to establish long-term partnerships. I bring strong skills in CSM, sales and negotiation, digital marketing, and monetization strategy, and I am open to new challenges that contribute to business growth and innovation.
