What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead HRIS implementations and data-driven HR transformation, work cross-functionally, and grow strategic impact in international organisations.

I am an HR Technology and Systems Specialist with 7+ years of experience delivering end-to-end HRIS implementations and HR data management. I combine technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors with a human-centred approach to improve HR service delivery and user experience.

At Grupo Vasconia I acted as system owner for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, leading administration, configuration and governance for 1,000+ employees and achieving a 98% case resolution rate. I also directed Compensation and Time Management processes and led a large-scale update of 1,000+ time profiles to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Previously at Ecolab I led the HR Support Project, transforming transactional HR tasks into strategic advisory services and reducing HRBP workload by 36%. I designed and deployed a corporate LMS for 1,000+ employees and developed employee engagement and psycho-emotional support programmes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently pursuing an MBA at Cranfield School of Management with a Luxury Management specialisation, I bring strategic, international business acumen to complement my technical capability.
