What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support business operations through organized workflows, project coordination, documentation, calendar and inbox management, CRM support, and reliable follow-through across multiple projects.

I've led 15 international collaborative projects from planning through publication, coordinating contributors across countries and time zones for nearly four years.

I build practical project hubs in Notion, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Drive, then create timelines, guidelines, application workflows, and milestone schedules that keep distributed teams aligned. I've coordinated communications, deadlines, and workloads for groups of 30–50 contributors, including a collaboration with nearly 100 participants.
