I’m a customer service professional with front office experience in JW Marriott and Hilton environments, handling high volumes of guest interactions across check-in, reservations, and complaint resolution. I’m comfortable working with people from all backgrounds and I adapt quickly to new systems.
In my front office internship roles, I’ve supported check-in/out and day-to-day guest operations, including ID verification, room assignment, and real-time service recovery. I’ve delivered high-touch service to international clientele and stayed calm and solutions focused under pressure.
I’ve worked with multiple hotel systems—Opera, OnQ, GXP, Kipsu, and Sedna—to manage guest requests, reservations, and operational updates. I’ve also coordinated travel needs through itinerary planning, travel coordination, and booking travel arrangements.
My impact has been recognized through awards and guest feedback, including a Star Intern of the Quarter and name recognition in guest reviews. I’m now building further capability in Google Data Analytics and Hotel Revenue Management while continuing to strengthen service quality and guest satisfaction.
