I am a hardworking, detail-oriented reservation agent with experience in guest relations, sales coordination, and revenue support. Promoted from Reservation Intern to full-time Cluster Reservation Agent, I consistently convert guest and corporate inquiries into confirmed bookings while upselling premium room categories and ancillary services.
I coordinate closely with Sales and Revenue teams to manage group bookings, rate loading, OTA relationships, and reporting for forecasting and target setting. I was recognized as best trainee and employee of the month, and I onboard and train new team members on reservation systems and processes.
