What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build effective learning programs and operational standards, using LMS administration, e-learning content, reporting, and hands-on training to help employees, franchisees, and teams perform consistently.

At Clear Channel Outdoor, I support employee onboarding, administer Cornerstone LMS, and create interactive compliance, simulation, and micro-learning content. I also provide reporting through Cornerstone and Power BI, manage knowledge-base content, and support project teams with training materials, testing, schedules, and user support.

I've trained franchisees and store teams at The Halal Guys and Kung Fu Tea, supporting openings, audits, SOPs, training guidelines, and operational standards. I bring hands-on experience improving quality, customer service, food safety, staffing, KPIs, and brand consistency across restaurant locations.
