What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in training and development where I can design scalable L&D programs, lead teams, support multi-unit operations, and drive measurable performance and compliance improvements.

I am a training and operations leader who builds scalable learning programs and develops leaders across multi-unit restaurant and retail operations.

In my current Director role I created company-wide training plans, developed a training team and Advanced Manager Development Plans, led orientations through director level, and maintained training systems and compliance (1Huddle).

I have implemented back-end systems including R365 (menu builds, AvT reporting) and created roles/permissions in Toast POS and payroll; previously I built full training programs, SOPs, PowerPoint slides and training videos as a Regional Training Manager and Market Manager.

I am passionate about inspiring others to grow, leading new-store openings, driving operational consistency, and delivering measurable improvements in performance, compliance and P&L control.
