Previously at Darden, I led teams delivering leadership training to more than 2,000 restaurant leaders annually. I also moved on-site leadership training virtual during the pandemic, saving over $1 million.

I managed SumTotal for more than 150,000 employees and partnered with stakeholders on company-wide compliance training, vendor relationships, and internal programs. I’ve also led implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand and SumTotal LMS platforms.
