At Walt Disney World Resort, I partner with operations and support teams to identify capability gaps and create training and performance solutions for high-volume Food & Beverage operations. I design learning materials, job aids, and coaching strategies that support operational consistency, safety, and service.

I redesigned LeanPath food-waste tracking through a standardized process, reducing hotdog waste by 25.2%, oatmeal waste by 62%, and egg waste by 47.5%. I also redesigned labor allocation and Coordinator scheduling, contributing to a four-hour weekly reduction in overtime while improving operational coverage.

As Facilitator for Allergy Adventure Training, I managed a five-month training implementation across 500+ locations and facilitated 200+ sessions. I adapted learning materials and led Train-the-Trainer sessions to support consistent application of safety and operational requirements.

My work also includes workforce development, safety and PPE improvement, training governance, and operational readiness. I use operational data, frontline feedback, and cross-functional partnership to improve learning and its application on the job.
