I'm looking to lead scalable training and operational improvement in a multi-unit environment, where I can develop leaders, use performance data to strengthen teams, and improve customer experience.

I'm leading operations and leadership development across multiple Scooter's Coffee locations, coaching managers through field training, performance conversations, and operational assessments. I use KPIs, customer feedback, mystery shops, and audits to strengthen beverage quality, service, compliance, and team culture.

Previously, I directed multi-site operations at Diamond Oil Company for a decade, standardizing processes, coaching leaders, and using operational data to drive continuous improvement.
