I'm looking to lead enterprise software delivery, engineering operations, service improvement, and AI-assisted automation for business-critical platforms, ideally in a global remote role spanning LATAM, US, Canada, UK, or EU hours.

I lead technical delivery and engineering operations at Stel Global / Iouri Ltd., supporting enterprise SaaS clients across aviation logistics, fintech, healthcare, legal, and audit. I coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, own major incidents and third-line support, and align delivery with SLAs, governance, and customer priorities.
