I’m looking to lead mission-critical enterprise platform delivery and technology operations, aligning stakeholders on KPIs/SLAs while governing AI/LLM features with evaluation, guardrails, LLMOps, and observability for measurable operational impact.

I’m a senior technology delivery leader focused on enterprise platform evolution and technology operations. I align business, technology, and operational governance to prioritize initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver measurable improvements in adoption, service levels, and stability.

In recent roles, I’ve led production platforms for 3,000+ users and unified operational processes (ITSM, SLAs, MTTR, and traceability), building an ecosystem of 150+ APIs for end-to-end operational visibility. I bring applied AI/LLM ownership—LLM evaluation, RAG, guardrails, LLMOps, AI/data governance, observability, and risk controls—to govern AI-enabled workflows in operational contexts. Earlier, I managed enterprise technology programs using agile-at-scale/SAFe and delivered digital transformation across 1,000+ offices and 10,000+ users, ensuring controlled deployment and sustained usage.
