I’m a Technical Project Manager and Industrial Engineer with 6+ years running technical teams and delivering software, ML, and AI products end-to-end across the US and LATAM. I translate ambiguous needs into shipped outcomes—whether it’s production ML, ML platforms, or production AI agents.

At my current role in an AI Lab, I lead an 8-person cross-functional team (Data Scientists and Engineers) delivering a ~$200K USD portfolio of ML, AI agent, and platform projects across LATAM. I’ve shipped a billing-controlling platform processing ~100M ARS and delivered production ML models for forecasting and credit-default use cases, including an AI agent for public-tender filings.

Previously, I owned client accounts end-to-end—onboarding, scoping, budget, delivery, and reporting—and coordinated multi-channel cross-functional work tied to Meta and LinkedIn campaigns. Before that, I delivered a $400K USD portfolio of 10+ US-based clients, led teams of up to 12, and maintained 90% client retention, while also driving technical execution by building a company-wide technical interviewing process.

I’m hands-on with agile execution and delivery risk—using Scrum and CI/CD practices to keep teams aligned and projects moving. With a PSM I (Scrum.org) credential and strong data/BI fundamentals (SQL, Tableau, Power BI), I bring both operational rigor and product-minded thinking, and I’m open to remote opportunities.
