I’m an HR professional and HRBP with 10+ years of experience driving people strategies that support business growth. I lead end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT, Tech, Non-Tech, and leadership hiring, with a strong focus on SLAs and stakeholder alignment.
I partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, role mapping, talent strategy, and internal job postings (IJP). I also own performance management processes, employee engagement, organizational development, succession planning, and employee relations—turning HR priorities into measurable outcomes.
