What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly startup role where I can own end-to-end people operations—HRBP, recruiting, global payroll, and compliance—while partnering closely with founders to build scalable processes across time zones.

I lead HR, recruitment, and founder support operations for high-growth startups across distributed, multi-country setups, owning outcomes end-to-end from async coordination to full-cycle payroll. I’ve run HR, HRBP, HR operations, and global policies with teams across India, Dubai, and Germany—without needing physical overlap to deliver.

I build the process and close the loop: I designed and launched the first-ever appraisal process for a fully remote, multi-geography workforce, and authored global, remote-friendly policies (Leave, Reimbursement, Travel, Referral, Recruitment SOPs, Payroll SOPs) intended to work identically across countries and time zones. I also plan and run company all-hands/townhalls and introduce people programs like employee medical insurance and remote wellness sessions.

Earlier, I scaled talent strategy through M&A/acqui-hires and executive search, closing 22+ acquisition/acquihire deals in 3+ years. I’ve partnered with C-level leaders and founders on deal terms and diversity initiatives, and also managed talent acquisition across 130+ cities in India while improving hiring outcomes. I’m most energized when I can combine HR rigor, stakeholder communication, and operator-level execution to help businesses grow.
