I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can own end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations, build high-quality pipelines, and partner with stakeholders to deliver timely, measurable hiring outcomes.

I’m a Talent Acquisition and HR Operations professional with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end non-tech hiring. I partner with business leaders, build talent pipelines, and drive quality hiring across Healthcare, Retail, and GCC clients in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as an Executive Account Manager | HR Operations and Workforce Management, I manage end-to-end recruitment for 150+ associates, covering candidate selection, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups. I work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, prioritize hiring needs, and ensure timely closures.

I also build talent pipelines using Boolean and X-ray search from sources like Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and Beeline, while maintaining recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards for real-time pipeline updates. I’ve led campus hiring for a GCC client and supported hiring strategy through market research and workforce analytics, and I’m equally comfortable owning HR operations like onboarding coordination, workforce planning, and HR reporting.
