I’m looking for a home health or hospice scheduling role where I can lead teams, optimize workflows with EMR and metrics, and ensure timely visits and admissions while maintaining a patient-focused experience.

I’m a Home Health Scheduler and nurse-operations team lead with over four years of experience supporting primary care and home health operations. I specialize in high-volume scheduling, real-time visit coordination, and clinician/caregiver routing to keep care moving smoothly.

In my current home health scheduling role, I coordinate daily schedules using WellSky while monitoring visit volumes, staffing levels, and operational metrics. I provide real-time oversight of patient visits, adjust staffing based on demand trends, and ensure accurate scheduling notifications and documentation.

I’ve also managed a virtual reception team as a Center Lead, overseeing training, quality assurance, and performance management. I run daily huddles, deliver weekly one-on-ones, manage onboarding/offboarding system access, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues.

Earlier experience includes preauthorization work where I reviewed provider orders and clinical documentation to determine medical necessity, submit and track prior authorizations, and follow up on denied or pending cases including appeals. I bring a clinical nursing foundation from emergency-room work—assessing, triaging, administering care, and documenting patient information with accuracy and urgency.
