I am a patient scheduler and coordinator with nearly four years in healthcare operations, starting as a Customer Service Representative and progressing into leadership. I oversee Therapy Services, manage an offshore Manila team, and work closely with the Executive Director to meet client goals and booking targets.
In team lead roles I coordinated schedules for multiple providers, conducted coaching and quality audits, generated operational reports, and ensured compliance and service excellence.
