At Buildout, I manage 40–50 concurrent commercial real estate broker implementations, guiding customers from kickoff through graduation in 60–90 days. I revamped the kickoff process, helping 85% of clients meet early implementation metrics.

I serve as the primary contact for onboarding, product training, technical workflow discussions, and churn-risk monitoring across Buildout's platform and Rethink CRM. I also work with Sales, Account Management, Visual Design, Product, and QA to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

Previously at Paycom, I managed 6–7 end-to-end payroll and HCM implementations at a time, spanning data migration, configuration, training, and post-go-live support. I achieved a 90%+ implementation start rate and maintained a 97%+ post-launch client engagement score by making complex HCM workflows clear and practical for each client.
