What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine multilingual customer support, onboarding, and analytical problem-solving, while continuing to grow my data-analysis and business-intelligence skills.

I've supported customers and onboarded new clients at Triptomatic, while also contributing to sales, administration, and new employee onboarding.

At Concentrix + Webhelp, I provided multilingual support to Independent Software Vendors developing, publishing, and growing applications on Microsoft cloud platforms. I also supported employee onboarding, administration, and bookkeeping.

My background combines customer success with analytical work: I use Excel for customer records and calculations, and I've completed Business Intelligence Data Analyst and SQL data-analysis certificates through Codecademy.

I'm fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with legal degrees completed cum laude and an Erasmus master's exchange at Charles University Prague.
