I am a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert with a strong background in training and supporting other engineers. In my current role at Alludo, I have been responsible for implementing the Parallels Secure Workspace solution in complex setups, as well as making minor contributions to the source code of the product. I excel in customer support at all levels and have a proven track record of maintaining knowledge base articles.

Prior to my current position, I worked as a Senior Support Engineer at Awingu - which was then acquired by Alludo (formerly Corel Corporation), where I had similar tasks. I also assisted in QA, conducted preliminary research for new product features, and hunted for bugs.

As a Systems Administrator at Stadsbestuur Izegem, I gained extensive experience in system administration, vendor management, geographic information systems, and writing policies. I am a goal-oriented professional with a flexible and patient approach, always eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
