I am a partnerships and global alliances leader with 20+ years building and scaling ecosystems for SaaS, data and AI-enabled platforms across EMEA, North America and APAC. I design partner programmes from zero and drive partner-sourced pipeline into multi-year, seven-figure agreements in regulated and enterprise markets.

I have built global partner ecosystems with hyperscalers, GSIs, telcos and VARs, opening new markets and delivering measurable partner-sourced revenue for mobility, smart infrastructure and digital public sector platforms. I operationalise partner programmes—tiers, incentives, co-sell plays, governance and QBRs—to make partner motions repeatable and scalable.

I have led distributed partner and cross-functional teams across multiple regions, using structured deal qualification, clear KPIs and executive stakeholder engagement to align partner activity to revenue. I have partnered with Tier 1 hyperscalers to launch Azure-based SaaS deployments and joint GTM campaigns.

I deliver high-value, qualified partner-sourced pipelines and convert them into multi-market ARR through repeatable frameworks and KPI-driven governance, with experience as Chief Growth Officer (fractional), Senior Director of Global Alliances and Director of Global Strategic Partnerships.
