I’m looking for a growth-focused operations role where I can scale sales execution—owning forecasting, 3PL/vendor performance, SOPs, and KPI-driven process improvements—while partnering closely with sales, marketing, and logistics to deliver great customer experiences.

I’m an Operations Manager with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, scaling operations, and improving team performance. At Berkeley Life, I increased revenue from $1.5M to $4.5M by optimizing distributor performance, refining sales processes, expanding 1099 rep support, and executing 15+ national events annually.

I build scalable operational systems that improve efficiency and ensure seamless customer delivery. I develop SOPs and workflows to improve fulfillment accuracy and reduce customer resolution time, manage two 3PL partners and lead a transition to a new 3PL, and run forecasting and operational reviews that uncover inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement through strong cross-functional planning.
